Thank you all for the sweet comments on Monday’s post! I love hearing all about other family traditions, and have found a few new ones that we need to start incorporating next year.
Have you ever had leftover ingredients from a recipe and you aren’t sure what to do with, but you don’t want to go to waste? That was me and cranberries this year. I bought 2 bags and only used one to make the cranberry sauce. I know they aren’t expensive, but I didn’t want to just throw the bag away. So I made some bread.
And it’s really good.
The combination of bananas and cranberries may sound weird, but they complement each other perfectly.
*** This recipe makes 2 large loaves.
You could also make this into muffins for an easy to grab breakfast or snack.
