I find myself constantly pressed for time these days. Between my corporate job, my essential oils business, this blog, my family, trying to stay fit as well as keep my sanity, I barely have time to sleep. Like it’s hard to get any more than 6 hours a night. I’m sure I’m not the only one in this boat, right?
I usually have about half an hour to get a workout done in the evenings after Little A goes to bed. Most of the time I’d just rather sit and put my feet up with a glass of wine, but I’m trying to push myself more and do something most days of the week. Between my runs and body weight workouts, I’m usually getting some sort of exercise in 4-5 days a week.
This is an easy body weight workout you can quickly do at home when you are short on time.
10 push ups
20 sit ups
10 lunges per leg
50 jumping jacks
60 second wall sit
Try to push yourself and only break for 45 seconds at the end of a round if you need to.
Easy peasy right?!
